What's a capping machine?
Capping machines are an integral part of a liquid packaging line, and can come in many different "flavors". Systems typically include cap sorting, cap placement, and cap tightening. Each of these different steps requires its own equipment to achieve the ultimate goal... to stop putting caps on by hand! Depending on the type of container and cap used, there are a few different technologies we use to achieve these goals.

What's it for??
Capping machines perform the tedious task of placing a cap on a package and tightening it on. These can be configured to tackle and or all of the tasks required; sorting the cap (making sure they all go on the same way), placing it on the container, and tightening it.

Do I really need this??
Lets face it, its possible to have a completely human powered production line. However, if you're interested in any amount of efficiency or throughput, you really need to seriously be looking at upping your game with a capping machine.
